Caucus Officers The six officers are elected for one year terms and with the four Ward Chairs, comprise the Executive Committee of the Caucus. Caucus Committee Each of the four Wards has nine Caucus Committee members led by a Ward Chair. The thirty six Ward members of the Caucus Committee are elected to one, three year term. The terms are staggered and each year three new members are elected by mail-in ballots. The primary purpose of the Caucus Committee is to recommend candidates for elective and appointive offices Duties of Members Caucus members seek out, interview and recommend: 1) officials for City government 2) new members for the Caucus and 3) new members for the Caucus Executive Committee. |
