2011-2012 Elections Lake Forest registered voters will go to the polls on March 20, 2012 to elect an Alderman from each of the four Wards to serve on the City Council. Three incumbents are seeking re-election: Kent Novit, Ward 1; David Moore, Ward 2; and Robert Palmer, Ward 4. A newcomer, Stanford (Randy) Tack is seeking election to represent Ward 3 in the seat vacated by the retiring Thomas Morsch. |
